Over the years, some users have chosen to operate their DAPs without Expander cards. Personally, I think they’re one of the greatest functions of a DAP. Apparently when those cards were removed, they were discarded.
I have replicated the circuitry on a card that plugs in and functions identically to the original Expander card. It looks a little different, but the functionality is the same. I haven’t decided the final pricing yet, but they will be less than $50 each. They are built to order, so let me know if you need one or three. The first build is going to customers who have requested them for a long time. I have to reorder parts for the next batch.

Would you be willing to share your blank artwork for the expander card, not your circuit, but just the card dimensions and basic layout. I’ve wanted to try to build a couple accessory cards. Using some different circuits, and I could never come up with a good set of Dimensions that match the finger stock correctly.
