Over the years, some users have chosen to operate their DAPs without Expander cards. Personally, I think they’re one of the greatest functions of a DAP. Apparently when those cards were removed, they were discarded.
I have replicated the circuitry on a card that plugs in and functions identically to the original Expander card. It looks a little different, but the functionality is the same. I haven’t decided the final pricing yet, but they will be less than $50 each. They are built to order, so let me know if you need one or three. The first build is going to customers who have requested them for a long time. I have to reorder parts for the next batch.
Send an email to wpadmin@dap310.com if you’re interested. They may only be available for a short time, depending on the response. By the way, the PCB card fingers are gold plated. A better picture will be available soon.
